At its core, Paged is a community for writers to share their work, express their ideas, and motivate each other! One of the best ways to connect with fellow writers through the Paged app is the Discussions tab. In Discussions, you can share anything that’s on your mind. Whether it’s a writing progress update, thoughts about a book you’re currently reading, or a question about a certain publisher, we want to hear what you have to say! You can also join in on other people’s discussions by responding to their posts. Share writing tips, answer their questions, or add your ideas to the mix! Want to get a discussion going but not sure where to start? Here’s what to do:
- When you open the Paged app, head to the Discussions tab on the bottom bar and open up a new discussion!
- Get your discussion going! Share a writing tip, a progress update, or ask a question to your fellow writers. Try to keep the message short and sweet to get more responses, like this:
- Before you post your discussion, add some relevant hashtags so more people will see it! Some good ones to use are #amwriting, #amreading, #writingcommunity, #writerslife, #fiction, #poetry, etc.!
- Post your discussion and wait for the responses to come in!
